It is not possible to amend or cancel orders once placed.
If your order is refunded, either because a product is unavailable or as a goodwill gesture it will be processed through the till, either by cash or returned to the card used, at the management’s discretion.
In order to use the The Waterfront and / or its services the user must be 16 or over. If any alcoholic drinks are purchased, the purchaser and any other consumers in the party must be over 18 and able to provide valid ID on request.
